Sam Kaseta ’15

Sam Kaseta is a composer, musician, and sound designer living and working in New York City. After graduating Princeton cum laude with a BA in Music and certificates in German and Theater, Sam has spent the past few years as a freelance composer and sound designer. Some of the theaters she has worked with include Soho Rep., Ars Nova, The Dramatists’ Guild, New Georges, Everyday Inferno, and Prospect Theater Company. She is also a music curator at The Tank NYC and a frequent contributor to its queer cabaret series Tankaret. Sam is currently pursuing her Master’s in Music at NYU Steinhardt, where she has been studying concert composition with Joan La Barbara and Caroline Shaw.

Women in the Arts Showcase

Thursday, October 4

Please join us for the Opening Reception and Women in the Arts Showcase to hear from a select group of alumni artists and student groups, and participate in interactive/collaborative creative activities. The Opening Reception will kick off in the New South tent at 6:30 p.m., followed by various performances, displays, and activities in the tent and the Lewis Arts complex beginning at 7:30 p.m. There will also be work by visual artists on display throughout the weekend at Maclean House.
