Noemi is a playwright, librettist, and lyricist: Manuel Versus the Statue of Liberty (composer David Davila – winner 2015 NYMF Special Award for Social Relevance and Impact, nominated for Best Musical, semi-finalist for the O’Neill, 2016); Lightning Strikes Twice (composer Jaime Lozano – Microteatro-SEA, and Caracas Venezuela); Generic Hispanic, finalist MultiStages New Works contest 2012, produced at thePuerto Rican Traveling Theatre, NYC. Recently: The Pet Play, workshop at Theatre 54, NYC. Founding member of Dramatic Question Theatre (TheDQT.org). Awards: Yip Harburg Foundation, Anna Sosenko Assist Trust.
MFA in Theatre Arts from the Univ. of Iowa (Patricia Roberts Harris Scholarship), MSE from Princeton, and BSE from Caltech. Noemi is a member of the Dramatists Guild.
With her husband Ron, she volunteers at the Integral Yoga Community Center (IYCC) in Princeton. She is a member of The AGPA board, The Princeton Progressives (PPro) Board, Community Service Committee of PA3, and a member of ALPA.
