Travel & Hotels

Attendees are responsible for arranging personal travel and hotel accommodations while attending She Roars at Princeton University. Limited blocks of rooms are available Thursday, October 4, through Sunday, October 7, at discounted rates. Any unused rooms in the blocks will be released after the cut-off dates. Information is available on airline, rail, bus and car transportation at the Princeton University Visitors Travel website. If you have any additional questions, please call 609-258-1900.

Below is a list of area hotels, some with special rates for She Roars attendees. Click for details.

Westin Princeton at Forrestal

Reservations: A limited number of rooms on Thursday, October 4th and Friday, October 5th are available at the Westin Princeton at Forrestal. If you would like to book one of these rooms, please contact Alexandra Badaway, (609) 520-6225, Alexandra.badaway@princetonwestin.com and mention She Roars.

Location: 201 Village Boulevard, Princeton – short drive to campus. Free shuttle service to campus will be provided during the Conference weekend.

Nassau Inn

The She Roars block at the Nassau Inn is full, and the hotel is sold out for the conference weekend.

Location: 10 Palmer Square – walking distance to campus.

Hyatt Regency Princeton

Reservations: Discounted rooms at the Hyatt Regency are no longer available, and the hotel is almost sold out. You may book rooms at the regular hotel rate online; if you need further assistance, please call 1-888-421-1442.

Location: 102 Carnegie Center – short drive to campus. Free shuttle service to campus will be provided during the Conference weekend.

Hyatt Place Princeton

The She Roars block at the Hyatt Place Princeton is full, and the hotel is sold out for the conference weekend.

Location: 3565 US Highway Route One – short drive to campus. Free shuttle service to campus will be provided during the Conference weekend.

Residence Inn Princeton at Carnegie Center

Rate: $145.00/night (single and double occupancy; queen bed and sofa bed; includes breakfast) or $165.00/night (two-bedroom suite with sofa bed; single and double occupancy; includes breakfast)

Location: 3563 US Route One (GPS address: 100 Canal Pointe Boulevard, Princeton) – short drive to campus. Free shuttle service to campus will be provided during the Conference weekend.

Princeton Marriott at Forrestal

Rate: $149.00/night (standard king room); $159.00/night (double/double room)

Location: 100 College Road East, Princeton – short drive to campus. Free shuttle service to campus will be provided during the Conference weekend.

DoubleTree by Hilton Princeton

Rate: $133.00/night (single or double occupancy; king bed and twin-size sofa bed in each room; includes daily breakfast for one guest)

Cut-off date: Please book your reservation by September 21, 2018, in order to get this rate. If all rooms in the block are reserved before that date, this rate may no longer be available.

Location: 4355 US Route 1 at Ridge Road – short drive to campus. Free shuttle service to campus will be provided during the Conference weekend.

Please note: parking on campus is limited, especially on weekdays as school will be in session during this event. We encourage you to take advantage of mass transit and hotel shuttles, and carpool whenever possible. Specific campus parking locations available for the conference will be posted on this page in mid-September.
