Kim Goodwin is CEO of Avanico Holdings LLC. She is the former Managing Director and Head of Equities for Credit Suisse Asset Management, and was Equities Chief Investment Officer for both State Street Research and American Century Investments. Kim has served on corporate boards since 2004. Her current and former boards include: (Banco) Popular Inc., PineBridge Investments LLC, media conglomerate Grupo Ferré Rangel, Akamai Technologies Inc, and CheckFree Corporation. Kim’s interest in the stock markets and board service were sparked by her student activism at Princeton. She co-chaired the TWC Governance board for 2 years and met her classmate, now husband, José Figueroa ‘81. Kim also sat inside Nassau Hall to pressure Princeton’s trustees to divest the endowment from South African investments … having absolutely no idea that she would later join said board of trustees and the PRINCO endowment board. Kim and her favorite classmate migrate between San Juan, PR and Princeton, NJ.
