Liz Davison is a graduate student in Professor Naomi Leonard’s Dynamical Control Systems Lab in the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Department. Her current research is on understanding how the dynamics of individual components in a network interact and influence behavior in nonlinear systems with neuroscience applications. Beyond her academic pursuits, Liz has engaged in work dedicated to broadening participation in STEM and encouraging future generations of scientists and engineers. Liz graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2014 with a dual B.S. in Physics and Mathematical Science.
