Elizabeth M. Ramey was one of the founding volunteers of Indivisible, a grassroots progressive organization with over 6,000 local groups across the country, and now serves as its Human Resources and Operations Director. Previously, Ramey served as the Program Associate with the Africa Program at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. She has prior experience consulting on international and African issues for a variety of multilateral and international organizations, including the World Bank, the Civil Service Agency of the Government of Liberia, and the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI). Liz spent over two years working on local adult education and empowerment programs in Nairobi, Kenya, and speaks advanced Swahili. She holds an M.P.A. in International Affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University, an M.Sc. in African Studies from the University of Oxford, and a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from The George Washington University.
